Hi! My name is Jeremy McDonough. My journey as an automotive mechanic started back in high school in Rock Springs, Wyoming. I had a passion to build high horsepower engines and to go fast! I took 4 years of automotive engineering in high school and went directly into the workforce upon graduation. My first position in the automotive industry was as a tire technician. After a while, I started working at a local gas station service garage where I was mentored by an amazing man named Gary Stewart. He taught me a vast amount relating to being an automotive mechanic on both diesel and gas vehicles. He was also a great inspiration to me because he had the sweetest 88' Monte Carlo with an 8-71 Blown Big Block Chevy that was built for drag racing. I had the joy of getting to ride in it a few times and to this day brings back cherished memories.
After working with him for a couple years I went on to work for another gentleman named Pete Leibee. Pete is an ASE Master certified technician that taught me all I know when it comes to diagnostics. He trained me on how to use a scan tool to its fullest capabilities and the importance of diagnosing a vehicle right the first time so I don't have to fix it twice. When I moved to Pueblo in 2014, I took a break from professional mechanic work for nearly 10 years. During this time, I focused on advancing my handyman and gardening skills by working on various projects on my house and working for a local hydroponic garden center. I also had a strong desire to learn more about spiritual matters, specifically seeking after biblical truth. I started to watch online bible studies and sermons which led into reading and studying the bible. In late 2018, as I was watching youtube when a gentleman named Ray Comfort shared the bad news of how I sinned against God and how that separates me from Him. Then he shared the good news of how Jesus Christ died on the cross to pay for my sins, and that if I would repent of my sins, put my trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, that He would save me and give me eternal life. So that is what I did. I repented and put my trust in Jesus Christ (Mark 1:15, Acts 3:19) and since that day I have been dramatically changed. On July 18th, 2021 I was baptized and have since then pursued a life dedicated to Christ. In 2019, I met my future wife, Caitlin, when I began working for her family business SoCo Organics Garden Center. Over the course of a few years, we developed a strong friendship, which turned into a courtship and in August 2022, we were married at our church, New Life Bible Church. We had our first son Oliver on July 4th, 2023.
After living in Pueblo for 10+ years I started to see a need for local reliable, dependable, and honest mechanics. So we decided to start Integrity Automotive Mechanic. It is our goal to provide reliable, honest and affordable work to the people of Pueblo!
Hello, my name is Caitlin McDonough. I grew up in Loveland, CO. After high school, I studied abroad in Argentina as a Rotary Exchange Student. When I returned from a year abroad, I was set on going to college to become a lawyer but I ended up pursuing a degree in Hospitality management. I attended the University of Denver where I received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management with a minor in Spanish. During my senior year of college, I studied abroad again in Lima, Peru. After I graduated, I moved to the Big Island of Hawaii where I worked for the Four Seasons as a Food and Beverage Manager for 3 years. I then moved to Seattle to continue my role as a Food and Beverage Manager for another 2 years. Towards the end of my time working in the hospitality field, my father and brother started a garden center, so I left the hotel world and began to help develop and manage SoCo Organics Garden Center in Pueblo. My passion for gardening and plants exploded over years as I worked in my role as General Manager. My passions included raising our son, spending time with the dogs, gardening, traveling, being an entrepreneur and studying the Bible with my husband.
I moved to Pueblo in 2016 for all the wrong reasons but the Lord used it for His glory. Between 2014 and 2018 I had a strong desire to figure out what Truth is. Over those years I started to watch some bible studies online, listen to sermons and eventually read and study the bible. In late 2018, as I was watching youtube, a gentleman named Ray Comfort came across my screen and the Lord used him to share the true biblical gospel with me. After hearing the bad news of how I sinned against God and how that separates us from Him, I got to hear the good news. The good news of how Jesus Christ came to die on the cross to pay for my sin, and that if I, or you, would repent of our sins and put our trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, He would save us and give us eternal life. In August of 2018, I repented and put my trust in Jesus Christ (Mark 1:15, Acts 3:19) and since that day I was dramatically changed. It was like I had a heart transplant. I no longer desired the sinful wrong things in life and desired to pursue after righteousness. I got connected to a local church with the Lord's help and soon after desired to be baptized. July 18th, 2021 I was baptized to show that I desired to live a life dedicated to Christ. As I was growing in the Lord I watched, now my wife, grow closer to God as she had trusted Christ as her Lord and Savior as well. We got married in August of 2022 and soon after we were blessed with the birth of our first son, Oliver.
